RETURN POLICY
We are excited to send you our JulieApple products and we hope you will love it as much as we have. If for any reason you would like to return any portion of you order, please contact us as customerservice@julieapple.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Code. We are happy to refund the full purchase price for any items returned to us with tags, in new condition, with a Return Authorization Code.
Items returned without a Return Authorization Code, and not in original condition are accepted and refunded by our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Internet orders can only be returned to the Internet store. Items purchased in stores should be returned to the store where they were purchased.
To return a product please:
- Email us a customerservice@julieapple.com. Please provide your order number, and the SKU number of the item you are returning. We will email a Return Authorization Form to print and include in the package with your return.
- Pack your return carefully. Include the Return Authorization form and your packing slip. Write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the box.
- Include the Return Authorization. Ship it via your preferred carrier.
- Once received returns take two to four weeks to process.
